Terms of Service

WP-Speed Pro is a downloadable software product offered by Arafath MSM under the Zyrace product name. Contact: info@zyrace.com.

1. Product and delivery

WP-Speed Pro is a downloadable WordPress plugin for WooCommerce websites. After successful payment, the buyer receives the plugin file, license information, and installation guidance electronically. If delivery does not arrive, contact support using the purchase email address.

2. License

A 5-site license permits the buyer to install and use the plugin on up to five WordPress or WooCommerce websites that the buyer owns or manages. The plugin may not be resold, sublicensed, shared publicly, redistributed, or presented as another person’s product.

3. Price, renewal, and payment

The listed price is USD $149 per year for a 5-site license. The annual subscription renews automatically using the payment method on file unless canceled before the next renewal date. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. When Paddle checkout becomes available, Paddle will process subscription billing and may act as merchant of record. Buyers may cancel future renewals using the subscription-management method on their receipt or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges and does not normally refund the current subscription period.

4. Compatibility and buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for maintaining backups and a suitable WordPress hosting environment before installation. Results vary according to hosting, configuration, themes, plugins, traffic, and third-party services. No specific speed score, revenue increase, or uninterrupted operation is guaranteed.

5. Support and updates

Email support covers reasonable installation, activation, and product questions. Custom development, third-party conflict remediation, hosting administration, and website repair are not included. Updates released during an active subscription are included.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the plugin unlawfully, bypass license limits, publicly distribute copies, or interfere with the product’s security or licensing systems.

7. Intellectual property

The purchase grants a limited right to use the plugin under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the source code, design, trademarks, documentation, or other intellectual property.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in the buyer’s country.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Arafath MSM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits. Aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for it.
